The beautiful Lâg Tramontane T177Pe, featuring the Occitan cross of Languedoc below the soundhole, combines the large parlor body shape with a 12th-fret neck joint. The instrument offers a focused sound with noticeably light response and, thanks to the integrated pickup system with many features, is equally suitable for the stage and for home use.

Materials and Construction

• Tonewoods: The solid Engelmann spruce top provides a fast, dynamic response and clear overtones. The back and sides, made of African Khaya mahogany, contribute a balanced, woody warmth in the mid-range.
• Neck and Fretboard: The Khaya neck is fitted with a fretboard made of robust BrownWood (modified, environmentally friendly pine wood). The generous nut width of 46 mm offers plenty of space for precise fingering techniques and fingerpicking.
• Electronics: The built-in Stage-Lâg preamp system features a 3-band equalizer, a phase switch, a notch filter for feedback suppression, and an integrated chromatic tuner.
